7Member Conduct & Prohibitions

8Account Suspension & Termination

GK99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable evidence that the member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, GK99 will notify the member via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, gk99 will process the withdrawal of any valid balance within seven (7) business days. For accounts terminated due to a Terms violation or fraud, gk99 reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the GK99 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

9GK99 Liability Limits

GK99 strives to keep the platform running without interruption, but cannot guarantee 100% service availability at all times. GK99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond GK99's control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to a member's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any betting outcome acted upon by a member based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

In all circumstances, GK99's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

GK99 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the GK99 website.
